Interesting breakfast combination

for breakfast this morning dd2 had a brioche-type roll with butter, chocolate spread and a slice of boiled ham. Shock

My parents are visiting, so exceptions are being made to the usual strict rule of porridge or weetabix with banana only.

It's a sweet (& quite buttery) bread....lovely

jambuttie · 07/03/2006 21:51

what would you have on it? thinking this could be something different for the boys lunch

Katymac · 07/03/2006 21:53

I like it with strawberry jam and lancashire cheese

Do they like pitta? or ciabatta?

Katymac · 07/03/2006 21:54

Also nice with ham

Best thing I did for DD's packed lunches was a wide necked flask - she takes mince & mash, soup, beans, allsorts really

AggiePanther · 07/03/2006 21:56

Ooh where did you get your wide neck flask? I've been looking for one for dd

Sainsburys (it's only about 3 inches accross but I bought a long teaspoon and she loves it

One of the kids called her lamb hotpot dog food - and she said I envy your dog being fed like thisWink
