Best supermarket for veg?

I an starting a detox and move to low-carbing, and the nippers are going to nursery full time. My weekly shop will change hugely from feeding a family of 4 for 3 meals per day to just needing veg (and meat) predominantly, with some dairy and store-cupboard staples.
Where is the best place to do this kind of shop? I'm thinking Aldi or Lidl. We do have a greengrocers that sells good value, but the produce is all use-me-NOW.

Can anyone advise/ recommend?

I like Morrison's for variety, they have really unusual veg,
Aldi and Lidl best pricewise though.

I only shop at Aldi/Lidl occasionally but my sister does her whole weekly shop there. She says price wise they are fab for veg and things like whole british chickens, but apparently the veg only lasts a few days.

I shop across Tesco Asda & Morrisons mainly - with the odd visit to co-op, Sainsburys and Aldi/Lidl. (I know that sounds mad but they all do different things and I shop around for the offers. Plus they are all really close by - we have far too many supermarkets in my town!)

I find Morrisons best value and quality for the fresh meat.
Their fruit and veg is good value too, and lasts reasonably well.

Asda & Tesco are about the same price and quality wise. (Co-op & Sainsburys I find to be slightly dearer though)

Also, surprisingly, i find good fruit/veg at Costco.

Aldi and Lidl fruit/veg is all 'use me now' because they buy the cheapest stuff which is often only cheap because it's at the end of its shelf-life. Try Sainsbury or Morrisons.
