don't even bother, was a river cottagerecipe and was quite excited about it, but it was disgusting.

So what do I make with my broad beans instead??? Any suggestions appreciated, we have lots to use up!!

Summer minestrone? It's potato, green beans, peas, stock, (no tomatoes) then add some green pesto and cream at the end.

Sorry obv those ingredients are in addition to your broad beans. Would be a bit pointless otherwise Grin

Could you boil to cook, then fry them off in a pan with some pancetta or bacon? Then mix it with some pasta? sounds nice to me!!

all sound fab, thank you, will be trying the hummus and pasta tomorrow!!

Will work my way up to trying the minestrone, after getting my fingers burnt with that awful soup today!! I think having the other ingredients in will tone down the overpowering broad beani-ness a bit! Grin
