how long is cooked chicken good for ?

Roasted chicken Fri. In fridge ever since. Is it safe to eat tonight ? what about making sandwiches tommorrow for lunch with leftovers ?

Don't want to poison us but at same time don't want to waste half a chicken.

Hmm, I thought it was only 24 hours but I could be wrong.

I keep mine for 48hrs (if my "men" let me.......) - haven't killed any of us yet

Cripes - I ate some last night as did kids. All OK today... but am I pushing my luck having it again tonight?

I usually use it for 4 or 5 days

unless it smells bad :)
