Definetly bin them

I'd keep and use the honey (the only food which doesn't go bad) and bin the rest...!

I'd use them all except the opened jams and pickles, I'd bin them.

Rice and pasta can be stored for years and years, its merely a arbitrary best before date.

White rice can be stored for years, wholegrain rice can't as the oils in it go pretty rancid pretty quickly.
