help...rapid rise yeast

what is rapid rise yeast, I know the name is self explanatory, what I mean is, is it the same as easy-bake yeast?

DH uses Allinsons dried active yeast, it doesn't acctually say it's fast but it rises in about 10-15 minutes.I think it's sometimes called yeast substitute.
They proberbly are all the same as easy-bake yeast.

it was for my dad, he just used the easybake and it seems to have weorked.
