Whats on your menu plan this week?

Im about to do mine?

Well I don't do one specifically but dp wants to eat healthily (not that I don't) so we went to the local asian supermarket and got loads of tofu and buckwheat noodles and ingredients for dahl and brown rice so I'll be cooking that sort of stuff.

We have listed:

• Jamie Oliver's sausage carbonara (I will have a veggie pasta that day)
• Pork casserole (veggie one for me)
• Chicken curry (mushroom for me) - from the Dinnerlady book
• Salmon, jacket potato and salad.

Nothing planned for Friday or weekend as away in London with friends.

no formal plan but probably will include the following:

shepherds pie & veg
Chicken Curry and rice
cous cous and roasted mediterranean veg
sausage, mash and onions with gravy
chicken fajitas and homemade wedges
1 takeaway
1 frozen pizza and garic bread
