Creative use for pork loins to feed 6?

Got 2 packs of pork loins at LIDL this week but every time I cook pork it's bland and boring! How can I make it interesting & eke out what are fairly small loins for the 6 of us?

I make a marinade out of five spice, light soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce! Leave to marinade for as long as you can, then grill or cut to thin strips and stir fry with veggies!

Fry a small onion (I think the receipe calls for shallots, but they are expensive) add a decent teaspoon full of wholegrain mustard. The recipe then says something about cider, but I always use about half-3/4 a small (kiddy size) carton (100mls?) applejuice and some cider vinegar. cook this until it has reduced. Then stir in most of a tub of creme frais, and a handful of tarragon, and warm through

Pour it over your chops again the recipe says fried, but I tend to grill for healthiness and serve with spuds and veg. This is really delicious and I do it for guests as well as my loving family.

Clearly I have done it often enough that I don't actually use receipe, but I think it came originally from the Asda Magazine - if it didn't it came out of the Tesco one, so if you fancy it you can doubtless google pork loin with tarragon and creme frais.

A layer of very finely sliced potatoes with a tiny bit of oil, pork loins on top, season, spread apple sauce on the loins, cover with stuffing made up for a pack and stick in the oven for 30-40 mins.

Lots of yummy suggestions, thank you! Will look in cupboard/fridge and see what I can whip up
