Cooking from frozen

I've had a crap day. Can't be arsed making anything fancy n forgot to take some stuff out the freezer for tonight's tea. So I want something really lazy (sausage, egg, chips n beans) buuuut the sausages are frozen. :-0

So here begs the question. Can you cook sausages from frozen? I would normally grill them

I always oven cook sausages from frozen.

I fry sausages from frozen all the time. Just make sure they're piping hot all the way through.
