Want to make lamb hotpot. How do i and what cut of lamb?

I have a leg of lamb in freezer and wanted to do something different from the usual roast and am loving one pot meals atm!

I can use the leg cant i?(bone it and chop it?)

Neck of lamb.

Leg prob ok too.
