Chorizo sausage recipe ideas?

I've brought some as it was on offer, any ideas on recipes? Thinking with chicken and pasta maybe? Anything really?

Par boiled chunks of spud, roughly chopped peppers, courgette, onions, chicken drumsticks and or chicken thighs, stir together with some herbs, olive oil salt and pepper. Oh and any sad tomatoes out of the salad draw and chuck in a tin of beans if liked.
Roast in a hot oven for about 40 min. Add cooking chorizo cut into chunks about 15 minutes from the end.
(the Sainsbury's one goes hard if cooked for as long as chicken needs).
