It came in my Abel and Cole delivery today.

Any suggestions of what to do with it??

Cook it like you would a turnip or swede.

Peel it, grate it perhaps? Does it taste...raddishy?

Peel and then either as Todays says pretend it's a turnip, or alternatively cut into small long pieces and stirfry with some ginger/garlic/soysauce.

Or potentially (again after peeling) eat thin slices raw in salad though check gingerly for how hot it is first. If it is very spicy, cooking will get rid of the heat pretty much entirely.
