beef bourguignon

Looking for some inspiration please as to what potato/veg to serve with my beef bourguignon for a dinner party I am hosting..

Given that it's such a rich dish, for this time of year I'd serve with a fresh green salad and decent crusty white bread for mopping up.
If you need something more formal, then steam the smallest new potatoes you can find and use baby carrots and broccoli as veg.
