please help re-biscuits

I am going to make lovely iced biscuits for the cake stall on friday (I always do cakes and want to do something else)
How early can I make them? If I bake them wednesday do you think they will be ok (they never last that ong in our house) they are a regular iced biscuit recipe/

Depends on the icing, i've kept uniced biscuits in a sealed tub for 5 days without a problem, ice them the day before.

MiL is a biscuit goddess and has a freezer full of them, ready to whip out for emergency bake sales. Have just bought her the biscuit cook book from the girl who made beautiful biscuits on best britsh bake off, on ipod so xan't link.
