How do you make pancakes... very embarassed!

terrible cook, dh normally makes the pancakes but i have to do it tonight.

just popping to shop - what do i need?

can you get a quick pancake mix?

try daddycool's pancake recipe - works a treat!

so do i just need to add eggs?

1/2 pint of milk, one egg, 4 oz flour .and mix and thats it plus a little melted butter for pan..

If not its plain flour eggs and milk and a pinch of salt, plus what ever you wnat to put on them of course
