Recipes for a very low fat pancake please

Am following the Slimming World plan and want to find an alternative low fat recipe.
Any ideas?

pancakes are low fat
skimmed milk
egg
flour
low fat cooking spray
maple syrup and lemon and sugar are sugar but low fat and used with a calorie controlled diet should not send you off course at all, presuming you only eat one or two of course
Savoury is harder as it is best with cheese :(
