good sag aloo recipe?

I want to make sag aloo tonight and neither of my reliable Indian cookbooks include it. I've found a recipe online but would love some recommendations/personal recipes if anyone makes this often. I cook Indian dishes very regularly (lots of dhal etc) so have all the spices.

Oh man, I LOVE sag aloo! Not made it myself though, so I'm shamelessly bumping!

Marking place. Wink

I adore sag aloo as well. I've never cooked it either so no help from me I'm afraid though.

I am sitting here with a pen and paper...

However, in the meantime...

This blog is my Indian cooking bible - I've not made her saag aloo, but her saag paneer is the BEST ever.

I did this one in the end (but added some garam masala): www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2063642/sag-aloo

Didn't taste quite like the restaurant dish but it was very good.

its fantastic, as is any Madhur Jaffrey's recipe.
