Authentic Indian cookery book

Can anyone recommend an authentic Indian cookery book? That is, not curries intended for Brits but proper ones. I got bought one for my birthday but it has lots of the coconut-y sloppy ones in it.

I like Cooking Like Mummyji - it is by a young British Asian woman, and it is homestyle cooking rather than restaurant or banquet food.

I like Cooking with my Indian Mother in Law and Meena Pathak's book (of Patak's curry paste fame).

50 Great Curries of India by Camellia Panjabi

This is my bible. really authentic recipes written by an Indian woman who managed the Bombay Brasserie in London and various restaurants in Mumbai. It's brilliant, I use it all the time.

I've got Madhur Jaffrey's Curry Bible - excellent and would highly recommend it. Everything I've made from it has turned out wonderfully.
