Can I freeze pepperoni?

Just opened a huge packet for pizza, it wont get used this week. Do you think it will freeze safely? They do it on frozen pizza I guess...

I would not bother. It will last forever in fridge.

I have done just this, for the same reason as you describe. Used up the remaining pepperoni in batches, quite useful to have as we love homemade pizza. Quite safe imo.
