Im using some duck fat to make duck confit - can I keep the used leftover fat for roast potatoes? How long would it keep in the fridge?

Thanks Smile

Mine kept a month or two. Once stuff starts growing on the top or it smells revolting then it's time to chuck it. Just be sensible about it and you'll be fine.
