Im lookng for a recipe for lemon mousse esay but tasty i've looked at a few some say use gelatine some dont dont know which to go for so looking for a tried and tested one please .

I've made this one loads of times. It's delicious and really quick and easy. Contains raw egg white though so wouldn't be any good for pregnant women.
