What can I make that is reasonably simple for dd's Olympic themed school fair next week? Could I paint cheerios with food colouring to make the rings? If not how could I decorate them? All suggestions welcome thank you.

Can you 'doctor' some Party Ring biscuits?

I've done that!! I re-iced party rings. I also filled in the hole in jammy dodgers. I used very highly coloured food colour paste (from eBay) rather than liquid food colouring from a supermarket. Messy but quite effective. If I'd had more time / energy I might have attempted cake pops.

Another hugely successful idea - from pintrest- Olympic flame torches: ice cream cups filled with ice cream and topped with popcorn. Some Olympic Ideas Here

M&Ms for decoration.

Or fruit.

Google it - lots of pictures, I've been looking!

I think the Olympic torch cones idea is amazing, loved the ones on Great British Menu.
