Batch cooking & freezing ideas

I really want to get into the habit of batch cooking and freezing once a month or so, to save time in the week.

I sometimes freeze white sauce and my own bread/pizza dough. Other than these and mince-based meals, what is easy to cook, freeze and re-heat?

dahl. sooo easy if you have a slow cooker and use frozen/lazy onions and ginger. i make it whenever the freezer's looking a bit bare.

in fact most of the recipes i slow cook are pretty easy to prepare, can be vast in quantity and are freezable.
