Simple midweek meals that can be reheated.

On a Thursday I need to cook something at 5ish for DD and then it would be really good if the same meal gets reheated for me and DH later in the evening. I really like only cooking 1 meal between us but I'm getting a bit tired of things that involve mince e.g. Bolognese, chilli etc.

I have run out of all other ideas and I wonder if you would be as good as to pass on some of yours.

Thanks...

Brown stewed chicken with rice. I wouldn't use that much scotch bonnet pepper though, maybe a quarter or even leave it out entirely.

Chicken curry? Pataks pastes make them quick and easy. Rice reheats perfectly in a steamer or in the microwave covered in wet kitchen roll.

lamb tagine (cubed lamb shoulder)
sheppards pie (mince lamb)
mousakka (mince lamb) I use Rick Steins recipe

casseroled beef - endless traditional recipes.
