How long to cook brisket?

So fathers day lunch, what temp and how long for brisket. Will need to be med well done as mum is coming and cannt have meat still red.

Brisket is best marinaded and cooked slowly at a low temperature for at least 2 hours.

I usually do it in the slow cooker with red wine and lots of veg.

I seal the meat, then cook on high for about 30 minutes then turn the heat down.

I'd say more like three hours if it's in one piece. Gas 1 or 2.
