Frozen berries on a plate with equal quantities of white choc and double cream melted together and poured all over.
Heaven!

I always do eton mess on these sort of occasions - means I can rush it and if it looks a mess - well, then perfect! Grin

blue2, classic!

I usually keep some decent ice cream and brownies hidden in the freezer, then you can make ice cream sundaes. I also keep extra pastry cases frozen which can be rolled out to make quick fruit tarts (bake pastry, whip mascarpone, sugar and egg yolks for filling, top with caramelized or fresh fruits)

Tip out/ scoop frozen yoghurt/icecream, top with berries and then ice magic (chocolate sauce which hardens, not sure if can get in UK) or normal chocolate sauce.
