A while ago a friend cooked a salmon curry which was absolutely delicious. She said it was a Jamie Oliver one, and it was an Indian type curry rather than Thai. The sauce was sort of oranegy, not quite tomatoey but may have had tomatoes in.
She's on holiday on the moment so can't send me the recipe and I have had no success googling- all the ones coming up are either Thai or have tamarind in which I don't like. I don't even know if its called Salmon Curry or if it has a more specific name.
Can anyone help? I would love to make it this weekend.
