Ok to back to work after mat leave next week and for various reasons my week of preparation has been cut down to a few days. DC's (2.5 and 11 mths) will be in nursery 3 days a week and while the nursery supply lunch they don't supply dinner. I don't pick them up til 6 and its too late to leave them without a meal. They got sent in today with kids ready meals as it was an emergency but thats not my preferred option. So any thoughts on dinners I can shop for today and preferably cook up a months worth of in approx 10 to 15 mins as thats about all the time I have in the next 3 days!!!!

Spagbol mix?
Freezes brilliantly- Mashed potato and cheese on top in a ramikin- it's shepherds pie
Top with an egg mixed some greek yoghurt and a spot of cheese- it's moussaka
Good with rice
Or with just pasta.
Can have bits of veg or blend veggie's and mix with meat or blend the whole lot if you need to depending on what texture your kids prefer.
