Usually I just make bolognase sauce and freeze it but over the next few weeks I'm going to be really busy so trying to get a few meals in the freezer today.
Can I make the lasagne up, using bolognase, dried pasta sheets and sauce from a jar (I'm really hopeless at making my own sauce
) freeze it, then just defrost, add cheese and cook?
Or should I cook it without cheese, then freeze?
Going out for a wee while but will be back.
