biscuit recipes

Hi i'm looking for buscuit recipes for my son whos 2. He loves chocolate but had to stop him from hving it as this is all he eats, so has anyone got any no choc recipes

DD and me have just made shortbread biscuits this morning - only about my second attempt at baking!

They were very easy:

225g plain flour
75g caster sugar
150g butter

Mix flour and sugar in bowl
Rub in the biutter and knead until it forms one ball
Layout on baking tray and use your hand to flatten it to about 1cm think
We cut outs into shapes using some of DD's cutters. You could do fingers or whatever though
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160C/325F/gass mark 3 until golden

Eeek - just realised we used self raising flour earlier, not plain. Oh well, they taste okay!
