whats your favourite cupcake flavour?

just some research im doing for a chartiy event, i need a list of cupcakes im willing to donate so i need something easy but tasty.

Viviennemary, lemon cupcakes, then pipe lemon curd in the middle ( when they're done obviously) or mix the lemon curd into the buttercream and pipe on top. Or, make some choco sponge mix, fill cakes halfway, put a square of chocolate in the middle, then fill cakes again and cook as normal.

Oreo cup cakes, carrot, am still working on the perfect red velvet, choc orange and i do like a lemon (i put lemon curd in the butter cream and pipe it in a circle with a blob of curd in the midle).

What is a red velvet cake? (whole new world opening up before my eyes here) :)

Holoferneseshead, red velvet is a cake made with cocoa powder and red food colouring, then normally has a cream cheese frosting and a ting scattering of cake crumbs on top for decoration.

Yep i think you should too, i love making cupcakes as i dont feel too guilty having one, ok ok maybe two, i cooked them, i like to eat them!
