Someone mentioned that GF says not to give milk with meals once protein is introduced. Does anyone know what the reason for this is please?

All I can think is that she may be Jewish. Jews like to keep protein meals separate from those with dairy products. I don't know why though.

I think that it's supposed to inhibit iron absorption if you give milk with meat proteins, but I could be wrong about that.

yeah GF says that milk with meat inhibits absorption of iron

Why do my osteocare tablets say "to be taken with your main meal of the day" then?
