chicken wraps-whats best in them?

So I'm going to make some wraps next weekend, their going to be chicken fillets which I will cook in oven then chuck in a pan with a salsa sauce, what else would you put in this sauce with the chicken? DP is picky, I think mushrooms n small bits of boiled potatos, but he disagrees and doesn't like mushrooms. Also have a picky 3year old DS.

Red pepper, spinach, sweetcorn and grated cheese. Sometimes my DP likes feta and black olives without the sweetcorn.
