Yes, you read that title correctly! And yes, I'm aware that we're in June! But...I like to start planning Christmas early, especially the food! Gives me plenty of time to try out recipes, freeze and reheat....all in preparation for the big event!
Sooo....what I was wondering, what party food could I make in advance, freeze and reheat, without it losing it's quality?
I'm going to try Delia's sausage rolls. Would like to have a go at some indian snacks....onion bhajis? Pakoras? Samsosas?
What about quiche? Would that freeze and reheat ok?
Any ideas or suggestions are warmly welcomed!
