Empire Chicken

Cant decide between a roast dinner and a curry? Then have Empire chicken with bombay roast potatoes! I have just made this and it is utterly scrummy! My kids have picked the carcass clean. The gravy is a lovely slightly sweet/slightly spicy chicken gravy.

Ohhhh - this is a favourite in our house. We've fed it to lots of people who have come round... people always a bit like when you tell them about it (especially the gravy), but then totally when they try it.

I absolutely love it, the gravy is amazing isnt it?
