Lunch ideas for 4 adults

Any ideas what I can make for lunch for 4 adults?

Something easy , cheap & can be prepared in advanced preferably!

Hot or cold?

Hot - lasagne, chili, spaghetti bolognaise

Cold - quiche, joint of ham + salad

All fairly cheap and can be done in advance

Nigel Slater's chickpeas with chorizo. Really easy, better second day, lovely with crusty bread and salad. Can't link cos on phone, but comes up if you google search that title.

P.s. I get my chorizo in Lidl
