Ew!!!! Diet Coke Chicken?!? Wtf?

Was trying to find the WW zero point minestrone soup reciped and stumbled across this:

Diet Coke Chicken

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
12 oz. Diet Coke

Put everything in a skillet, cover and cook on medium for 45 minutes.
4 points a chicken breast

Eeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Rephrase recipe to: take battery chicken pumped full with chemicals and mix with further chemicals, aspartame and sugar. Add red food colouring to mimic tomato. Cook. Refuse to feed to your cat.

that is totally discusting wonder why you have to use diet coke when the ketchup is full of sugar anyway!!
Some people will do anything to lose weight or kill their taste buds!

lol, there is a recipe somewhere for ham cooked in coke, but I think it has to be the full sugar version for it to work properly. i think it is nigella lawson. This must be based on that. Sounds gross tho!

nigellas ham -

2kg mild-cure gammon
1 onion, peeled and cut in half
2-litre bottle of Coca-Cola

For the glaze
handful of cloves
1 heaped tablespoon black treacle
2 tsp English mustard powder
2 tbsp demerara sugar

OMG. Nigella & coke (of the fizzy brown variety of course). I can't believe she of my fattening cake and ice cream recipe book would publish a recipe with chicken and COKE!!!.

Although, have to agree. The ketchup was the EWWW for me.
