Please somebody help me! Tomorrow I am due to assemble my bro's wedding cupcake tower with a 7 inch square top tier. I have purchased a square cupcake stand and my question is this. What is the best way to put the cupcakes on the stand? Do I do the bottom layer, place all cupcakes on, put second tier on, put cakes on etc. Or, do I assemble the whole stand first before putting any cakes on? Does that make sense? I am having visions of it going wrong both ways! Which is the safest way? TIA x
