Chicken wings - just made this one any others?

Ok I love chicken wings, I know they are naughty but I love how crispy they are. Plus they are cheap!

So I gave made for dh and I this tapas dish from Saturday Kitchen this week. Very yum!

But it has made me realise I don't cook chicken wings even though I love them so any ideas? This one was especially good as all I had to buy was the wings already had everything else.

I put them in the oven covered in spices, orange juice and honey.

Have used the Kenneth Lo recipe for barbecued spare ribss with chicken wings and they were lovely.

To be honest I tend to just chuck them in the oven - you don't need any marinades to have yummy crispy skinned chicken wings!!

But in the spirit of offering suggestions - teryaki marinade is good; balsamic glaze; cajun/tandoori/tikka marinade; peri-peri ...
