do we need to freeze them?

Our CP on Thursday afternoon.

I have frozen the filo parcels, as they have eggs and ricotta but do lentil pasties and butternut squash patties need to be frozen if I keep them cool?
(Not hard as it is freezing here)

I think that they will be ok in air-tight storage but DP is panicking.

I am panicking cos it's going to rain and ruin my hair Grin

They should be fine if wrapped carefully and refrigerated. If you are confident that your fridge is cold enough (ie holds a temperature of between 0 and 5 degrees centigrade) then all should be well.

You were a bit premature with the preparations, weren't you? Grin

We meant to make and freeze them last week! Grin
Life got in the way.
I can easily freeze them, I should really cos fridge needs to store some other things like ale and wine or I will never get there!!

Even if they don't need to be frozen, it might be best if you have the room and need the fridge (and presumably they are freezable, as you were planning to do them last week).

Hope all goes well Smile

I'd freeze them, then defrost and quick blast in the oven before serving. Hope you have a great time on Thursday :)
