Makes a sponge with a lovely springy texture but tastes absolutely rank

Just thought I'd share.

And I use soft stork normally so it's not like I'm used to a butter sponge. Hey ho. Will use it for frying, I think it is exactly the same as the liquid Flora but with a different label.

Thanks for that, saw it in supermarket and thought it was bit eugh, but I do use the flora one for frying.
