Would you make a gravy to go with this?

We are having Roasted beetroot with roast chicken and roasted new potatoes.

Do I need to make a gravy?

Yes, I would. The roasted beetroot sounds amazing, I'm going to try it with beef.

I have no creme fraiche but that would have been perfect!

I also only have red wine. I have no idea where the bottle of white went >

Do I have to go and buy another bottle of wine it's no hardship honestly or will red do?
