Home-made mayonnaise

Hi, some help please.

I am going to attempt mayonnaise, is there any reason why I shouldn't use Crisp 'n' dry? It is rapeseed oil with an anti foaming agent.

rapeseed oil on its own makes a nice mayonnaise but I'm not sure about the anti foaming agent.

how did it go?

I chickened out - used a mixture of sunflower and olive oil. very tasty it was too!
