How long does jelly take to set?

I was going to do some jubilee jellies for DS' school party tomorrow but I need to do 3 layers of jelly for the different colours. Have I got time?

Not really :( It takes a few hours per layer, and to stop the layers "bleeding" they have to be absolutely set between each colour.
