BBQ desserts

Sorry for another BBQ thread, but I'd really love some ideas for desserts. We only ever do the bananas in tinfoil or pinapple so do need some fresh ideas. Something on the BBQ as opposed to seperate dessert.. oh and I'm vegan but family aren't so a mix of ideas would be lovely :)

i mix dried fruit and nuts, soak it in a little ameretto, and then core some apples, and stuff the mixture into the cores. Wrap in foil and BBQ til apples are soft.

bbq strawwberries with balsamic vinegar are nice too

Old camp fire staple of chocolate inside a banana wrap in foil until chocolate melted.

Thank you, I'd forgotten about apples, we used to do them as kids in the oven, and strawberries are something new to try!! :)

I have an old skillet that comes out for the BBQ and in it I do various fruit sizzled in butter with a bit of cinammon sugar and served with cream. Bananas are lovely done that way and so are peach halves fried cut-side down.

BBQ'd peaches with a scented cream/marcapone or ice cream.
