Low colesterol means low fat. Is this a buffet or sit down?

Get some asparagus, panchetta and mustard. 'Butter' the panchetta and wrap around the asparagus. It can then be grilled BBQ or oven baked. You can aso use sknless, boneless chicken instead of asparagus.

Baked potatoes with low fat fillings.

Make sandwiches with either no butter/spread, or just spread on slice of bread and not the other.

Lots of salads, and crudites type veg with wraps to make your own fajitas.

Veg and chicken kebabs - just put veg and chicken on squewers and grill.

In the UK eggs are off the bad list because of changes to what chickens are fed

Grill instead of fry; go for lean meat over fatty. Lots of vegetables, not too much butter; white meat and fish preferable to red meat...

People with high cholesterol often have high levels of triglycerides which means sugar should be avoided or at least eaten in moderation (including fruit)

Wholemeal pasta, bread etc is preferable to white.

cook in coconut oil (tastes better too)
