I'm having backed tomatoes with sausages and new potatoes tonight, thought you'd like them.
Big tomatoes - cut off the top, scoop out the middle. Put upside-down on kitchen paper for a bit so they are less wet.
Stuffing - breadcrumbs (torn-apart bread), chopped basil, crushed garlic, chopped onion, tiny bit of olive oil
Re-fill tomatoes, put top on, put in oven til they look like something good has happened.
