cheesecake recipes please.

i want a really nice light cheesecake recipe. I don't really mind what flavour just don't want anything too heavy.

any suggestions?

This one was on mn a week or so ago....

LIME CHEESECAKE

Lime cheese cake.

juice and zest of two limes
2 tubs of mascarpone cheese
4 oz icing sugar
1 packet ginger biscuits
3oz butter

Blitz biscuits and mix with butter to make the base. Chill.
Mix mascarpone, icing sugar and zest & juice of limes together and top the biscuit base. Job done basically! You could add a touch of grated choc, if you like, just to make it look nice on the table.

That sounds lovely. I normally do a baked cheesecake but find they can be a bit heavy.
