I am making a vegan Princess Castle Cake for my daughter's 18th party Birthday cake next week (6th) - like I did when she was a toddler-her request :-). Does anyone have any advice as to
- how long in advance I could make it eg 2/3 days?
- where I could buy vegan cornets (most cornets have milk in them)
- can I buy fondant icing- does that come white and be coloured easily/to look 'professional'
I will buy vegetarian decorations if these can be taken off by the vegan part of our family, my daughter turned vegetarian a couple of years ago. If anyone has any suggestions for design etc I am quite good at turning recipes around into vegan versions ! I know I just have to be careful for my daughter's friend who has nut allergies. Thanks
