Anyone got any recipes for left over gammon

I have about 2 kilos of cooked in coke gammon and fancy doing something else with it. Any ideas?

We cooked a huge gammon this weekend - this week it will mostly be:
reheated with hot mash for dinner
in sandwiches
in pasta sauce
in lentil soup (DH has a magic touch - will request his recipe)
in risotto with peas and celery

Actually I love cold gammon by itself and can get through quite a lot just standing at the fridge

Welsh cawl is lovely & is made with gammon.All you do is chop up an onion,a few potatoes, swede,parsnips or whatever you have got handy,simmer until nearly cooked & add a tin of tomato soup & a tin of lentil soup.If your gammon is uncooked,it goes in at the beginning,if it is cooked,add it towards the end.

It doesn't sound appetizing but it is,both my dd's loved it.
